Currently there is no formal organization that develop the
standards. It develops 'on demand' as current projects need - and uses
- the standard. A 'de facto' group consisting of Finn
Arildsen and Kell Sønnichsen are maintaining the standards.
Right now we need further experience in implementing and using the standard.
